This park has been operating for 3 years when we started the full O&M. Tall grass, debris soil and plenty of broken panels awaited us. The work began with clearing the area, which was approximately 1 week of work for our team. After it, our colleagues assessed the specifics of the park.

Lack of maintenance and weather conditions in the power plant damaged the panels.

The PV modules were broken, approx. 100 panels needed to be replaced. There were free-hanging wires and almost life-threatening conditions. An oil leak was noticed in the transformer station, which was resolved by warranty replacement of the transformer.

Several inverters did not work, which was repaired and replaced by the warranty administration, and the warranty of the other inverters was extended.

The security technology did not work properly because the system was constantly alerted due to the high undergrowth. The solar park was not under supervision, so production monitoring was needed, which we also coordinated for our client. Camera images were blurred, which was improved with cleaning and setting of the focus.

When these problems appeared and our client noticed a multitude of failures and things to do, he decided to leave his system to expert hands, as an investor has been planning for 25 years and this system has only been up and running for 3 years. Shortly after he contacted us, we signed a premium package contract and we have known him as our satisfied customers.

A karbantartás hiánya és az időjárási viszonyok az erőműben a paneleket megrongálták.

A PV modulok töröttek voltak, kb. 100 db panel cserére szorult. Szabadon lógó vezetékek, és szinte életveszélyes állapotok uralkodtak. A transzformátor állomásban olajszivárgást észleltünk, amit a transzformátor garanciális cseréjével sikerült megoldanunk.

Több inverter nem működött, amit garanciális ügyintézéssel javítottunk, cseréltünk és a többi inverter garancia-hosszabbítása is megtörtént.

A biztonságtechnika sem működött megfelelően, mert a magasra nőtt aljnövényzet miatt a rendszer folyamatosan riasztott. Továbbá a napelempark nem volt felügyelet alatt, ezért szükséges volt a távfelügyeletbe való bekötés is, melyet szintén mi koordináltunk ügyfelünknek. A kameraképek homályosak voltak, melyet tisztítással és fókusz beállítással javítottunk.

Amikor ezen problémák sorban felütötték fejüket és ügyfelünk észlelte a meghibásodások és tennivalók sokaságát, úgy döntött, szakértő kezekre bízza rendszerét, hiszen egy beruházó 25 évre tervez, jelen rendszer pedig még csak 3 éve került felkapcsolásra. Megkeresését követően rövidesen prémium csomagos szerződést kötöttünk, és azóta is elégedett ügyfeleink körében tudhatjuk.
